Apolonija has had an extensive career in Lithuania as a cinema and theatrical actress. She received her degree in performing arts from the renowned Lunacharsky State Institute for the Theater Arts, in Moscow. While working with the Vilnius Youth Theater, Apolonija also performed in cinema, on television and radio, and at the Philharmonic. For a number of years, she worked extensively with students, teaching theater arts. Now living in the United States, Apolonija is continuing to promote Lithuanian culture through the theater arts in the Lithuanian-American community.
